Commanders Corner:

Welcome to our Post! Hope you enjoy your visit.

We have hospital equipment available. If you need something you can stop by and borrow something we have.

There is a Community Service book by the name tag board. This is to write down everything you do as a volunteer for anyone other than family. Please fill out a sheet when you are in the building.

We have started a Men's Auxiliary. To be eligible you will need a copy of your sponsors DD-214 or military record that indicates that you sponsor would be eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars in accordance with the National By-Laws of the VFW. Membership dues are $26.00. Your sponsor needs to be related to you - husband, widower, father, grandfather, son, grandson, brother, etc. Uncles and Aunts do not work. If you are interested and eligible please contact this VFW for paperwork.

Madam President:

We sure need more Auxiliary members to get involved in our Auxiliary committees for departed Vets and needy families. We'll really appreciate the help. And thanks to all that have already put in time.

Our purpose shall be fraternal, patriotic, historical, and educational; to preserve and strengthen comradship among its members; to assist worthy comrades; to perpetuate the memory and history of our dead, and to assist their widows and orphans; to maintain true allegiance to the Government of the United States of America, and fidelity to its Constitution and laws; to foster true patriotism; to maintain and extend the institution of American freedom, and to preserve and defend the United States from all her enemies, whomsoever.
